Livin' the dream.........
In memory of the legendary Frank Anderson, Bedrock Raceway will be holding the second annual "1957" on September 29, 2012. There will be a showing of classic cars before, during and after the racing program.

PRO Clone


Race format is as follows:
19 karts will start the 57 lap feature.
1st segment will be 27 laps.
5 minute "pit stop": karts can be fueled, no other work will be allowed.
: drivers will be allowed to get a cold drink / use the facilities, if needed
2nd segment will be 30 laps.
The start of segment 2 will be two x two.
All restarts will be two x two.


Entry fee for the race will be $50 and the payout will be as follows:
1= 475
2= 230
3= 195
4= 155
5= 130
6= 105
7= 95
8= 85
9= 80
10= 80
11 - 19 = 20

Top 2 non-transfer from the B-main will receive $20 or free full service oil change from Richards Auto Repair in Swansea, IL (racers choice).


IKE Honda & Smith Brothers Racing have offered up a complete set of race ready Burris 33's. The tires will be given to one lucky PRO Clone driver during the event.


$100 bonus will be added to the feature winners purse of the largest class, except PRO Clone.



Pay outs are guaranteed...... NO MINIMUM KART COUNT!!!!!!

Also, Burris Racing has donated several items for the event as well. Waiting on the package to arrive before posting.

P.S. Thanks to IKE Honda and SBR for the new set of mounted, and cut Burris 33's.


Still trying to figure out how/when to give them away.


1. Drawing from all entries before the races.
2. Drawing from all the entries after the races.
3. Hard charger award....biggest mover in the feature or winning from pole.


4. Any ideas from the racers......
 
The new SBR Speedcuts Burris 33's will be cut and on rims and ready to go. This is over a $500 value. Thank you to Brent Smith at SBR to giving me a deal so we could purchase these and give them away. See everyone on the 29th!
 
Bedrock and the local area have had quite a bit of rain the last few days. The weather man says the sun is coming out tomorrow and hopefully it'll dry out enough for Van to work the track. IF it's still too wet to work tomorrow afternoon the race will be held on Sunday.

Keep us updated, sat night or sunday afternoon, either way I plan on being there if I can remember how to get to the track lol
