Now is the time folks for us AS A GROUP to seek out sponsors for the 2004 RAMS Points Series. A corporate sponsorship is only $500 and they will receive:

Stickers on both sides of ALL RAMS series cars/trucks.

Advertisement on ALL press releases and printed RAMS Points Series material.

Mention of corporate sponsors at ALL participating RAMS Points Series tracks via PA.

REMEMBER to tell this they get this for the ENTIRE SEASON!!

They can contact me or just take the information yourself. My phone number is (573) 747-0566.

Thanks folks,
Millsey

something else I would mention is if you guys have had fund raisers or swap meets where your cars are present as that is more advertisement to a wider variety of people. Also after you get an agreement a simple contract is always good to do. Didn't you guys have one that did not pay. If so you are in your legal rights to sue the business. And you will win as it was atleast a verbal contract. Later BObby

No he said, No it was he said.

With a contract and signature we could make the one that signed it pay the money. Also I think aleast a $100 deposit to be paid when contract is signed before stickers are to be ordered. Then require the balance to be paid in full let's say May 1st. I know that some sponsors such as siding or other outside business may have a hard time paying $500 in Jan. but if we give them until then they should have recovered from winter by then. My $.02

I don't really know but..... What about making the cost less for sponsorship and increasing the number of sponsors , Maybe more people would participate in the program if the investment was less $$ Then you can just go to the good old honor system and forget about contracts and such , no hassles just good old fun . Some would freak out if a contract is involved .. want to make if fun for all .. you know " The No Pressure Way Of Selling"

You don't want to t-off any one over sponsorship money , that just makes BAD publicity for everyone

Again I don't know how you guys work it . Just from my experience running My business , if someone asks for a little $ It is easier for me to say "YES"

The more sponsors involved = more exposure =more posters in widows = more fans at the tracks= success

Actually $500 is too cheap for what all you get. There's no way we could even afford all the stickers if we get cheaper.

Do you have different levels of sponsorship ?

Look how this kind and charming man easily gave up this $50.00 dollar bill . He got a lot of exposure for $50.00

Not the exposure the $500.00 sponsor gets, but ......A person or business will easily give up $50.00 or $100.00 if you give them some exposure . And if they like it they may do it several times a year.

500 is to cheap. but I see your point about the dollars. You could try and get 2-3 main sponsors of 500.00 and then have per race sponsors of say 50-75.00 It is a win win situation. The ones for 1 race you would not have to put stickers on your cars just announce it. Win win situation. I may be to cautious but I always will have a contract it protects both parties involved.
