the sprint crashing is i think Dean Adams Jr in his "Captain Crazy" days.

in the 32 Tim Montgomery picture the 62 is Rod Holiday and the 28 is former track champion Jason Smith.
 
not charlie johnson, but i'll give a hint. along with weber, this driver was also from cuba, mo. as far as the other pics, i don't know the driver but ron thurman is presenting the trophy and bill grief is on the right of the guy wearing the golfing pants

I don't know if he raced at SFCR(Empire) or not, but he did race at Bismarck track.

Good to see some of those pics. I have the one photo of Tubby Crashing, he said he just hooked a rut and went sailing. The 0 car is Denny Williamson I think. Anyway, keep the pics coming, those are great.
 
I was never able to find out the name of this driver picking up the checkered flag at Bismarck..
