Showoff Audiosports and Gateway International Raceway to Present dB Drag
Sanctioned Sound Competition At This Friday Night's Midnight Madness
Gateway International Raceway and Showoff Audiosports (St. Ann, MO) will host a dB
Drag sanctioned sound competition this Friday night at Gateway International Raceway's
Midnight Madness. The sound competition will determine who has the best car audio
system in the Metro St. Louis area. The competition will be split into two categories, one
category will be limited to dB Drag sanctioned participants, and the other will be an open
class. Cash prizes will be given for both classes. Points will be given for the dB Drag
Soundout Competitors.
"The Showoff Audiosports Soundoff is a great way to diversify the activities of our
Midnight Madness program," said Matt Strelo, Gateway International Raceway's Vice
President and General Manager
The Midnight Madness program will also include test and tune and street legal grudge
drag racing, concerts by local rock bands Driver and Good Question, and an exhibition by
the daredevil motorcycle team, Streetfighterz.
"The Midnight Madness program and Gateway International Raceway are a great event
and location to hold the dB Drag Event," said Mike Grey, owner of Showoff
Audiosports, "I think we add a lot of excitement to an already exciting event!!!"
