BARTLETT, TN (October 31) - Jason Sides will drive Wayne Rhodes’ #7S Hunting Catalog sprint car with the World of Outlaws in 2003, the team announced Thursday.
"We plan on running the entire World of Outlaws schedule in 2003," Rhodes said. "Jason and his team will be running Maxim chassis and working with most of our current product sponsors. We will have some major announcements after the Performance Racing Industry trade show in December."
Sides, who finished third in the World of Outlaws Gumout Series point standings this season, brings along numerous credentials. He was the 2001 National Sprint Car Poll 410 Rookie of the Year, the 2001 Gumout Rookie of the Year and Rookie of the Knoxville Nationals in 2001. Sides won the Adams County Gumout Series race and the Ronald Laney Memorial for 360's at East Bay Raceway this season.
