Gary Whitener of Cody Tees will be at the entrance of Tri-City Speedway this Sunday afternoon beginning at 1 pm. to take pictures and sign up those drivers who have their car ready and wish to participate in the Driver's Souvenir Program. He will be available to answer their questions about the design of their T-Shirt and how the program works.
