I know. 2-3k a week. But its something we cant avoid till its no longer owned by Randy. And if Jim can make it go without beer then it will be just that much better if eventually we do.

I think trace is referring to the fact that if they are successful, they would like to buy the track instead of leasing it.

Yep, thanks Jimmy. Jim or myself would love to buy it. It just has to prove it can make a profit. If it can make a profit without beer it will clearly make it worth the investment with it. At least Randy isnt selling it to someone just for the land. The price is actually on mark with vacant land in the area. He could easily do that. Scary thought that someone gets it and puts in a truckstop and a motel.
