Saluda, VA --- DIRT NATION, sponsored by Virginia Motor Speedway and Dirt America Online, and one of the fastest growing and most popular weekly racing radio programs broadcast over the world wide web, will host a special two-hour program on Monday January 19 devoted to the new Boundless Motorsports, Inc., backed World of Outlaws Late Model Series. DIRT NATION is hosted each week by Dave Seay, Brian Tidball and Doc Lehman and airs every Monday evening from 8:00 – 10:00 PM EST and can be accessed over the internet at: www.racetalklive.com

For the upcoming January 19 broadcast DIRT NATION will welcome Bobby Hartslief, Chub Frank, Mike Balzano and an additional guest to be announced.

Hartslief is the Chief Operating Officer of Boundless Motorsports, Inc., a corporation that recently began acquiring the D.I.R.T. Motorsports and World of Outlaw Sprint Car organizations before creating the new World of Outlaws Late Models series. Frank won the 2003 Renegade Dirt Car Series championship for an unprecedented fourth consecutive year and Balzano is a former champion of the RDCS and rookie of the year with the old All Star Circuit of Champions. Frank and Balzano will both compete on the new World of Outlaws Late Model Series.

“We’re really happy that Mr. Hartslief and Chub and Mike have agreed to come on and explain the new series to all of our many listeners,” commented Dave Seay, co-host and producer. “This will be an exciting and informative show and I think we’ll all learn something from it. And we will also devote a portion of the show with a Volusia Raceway Park RACEWEEKS preview where the new World of Outlaws Late Model Series will debut.”

DIRT NATION is quickly becoming an audio leader in dirt motorsports media coverage as new listeners continue to be added to the growing audience who tune in for all the latest news and topical guests.

“With our partnership with Dirt America Online, I guess the best way to explain it is you can get the print version of the ‘real’ news at Dirt America Online and the audio version of the ‘real’ news at DIRT NATION every Monday night,” said Brian Tidball, co-host of the show. “We have a lot of fun and a real good time, but we delve right into the issues and hard news as it breaks.”

DIRT NATION is gearing up for some new feature-oriented additions to the show and are hard at work booking future shows.

“Of course we have to keep in mind that time has to be made for hot, late breaking news stories, but in the weeks ahead we have begun arranging for some very special theme oriented shows prior to the racing season starting,” said Doc Lehman, co-host. “We’ve begun working on putting together shows featuring drivers, officials and promoters affiliated with such series as MARS, MACS, WISSOTA, WDRL and several others. We have some other ideas in mind, like the week of Valentine’s Day we want to broadcast a special show with drivers’ wives as special guests. Maybe we can get one or two to throw their husband(s) under the bus (laughs)!”

In upcoming weeks DIRT NATION will begin instituting special features devoted to the latest racing results, driver and team news and features covering other facets of the dirt racing world.

DIRT NATION features in depth interviews with the show’s weekly guests (national and regional). Joining hosts Seay, Tidball and Lehman each week is Ron Fleenor, a close family friend and spokesperson for the Duayne Hommel family, who updates listeners on the continuing progress of Hommel who suffered severe head injuries following a traffic accident on September 23 near Newport, TN.

On Monday evening January 26 DIRT NATION will host a special East Bay Raceway ‘Winternationals’ preview show with Stacker 2 Xtreme Dirt Car Series president Doug Bland, East Bay Raceway promoter Al Varnadore and public relations director Jay parrish as well as one or two XDCS drivers to be announced.
