When local tracks run special races that have higher purses and increased car count for that special, should all classes at that track be ran? This would not be a regular point night race.

I think it depends on the night that the special event is ran. If you run it on a weeknight ( a lot of them are ) then you want to run less classes, so that it doesn't run late into the night. That is a down point to people. They have to think about work, getting the kids off to school the next day, etc.
Now if you run a special event on a regular race night then I think that all classes should be ran. Since it really isn't fair to decide on which class is "better" to run at the event. All racers work hard on their cars and all racers/racecars draw people into the stands.
