Which Silver Crown race is better??? I've saw bikes at both and SLM at Springfield,but no ARCA or Silver Crown...:cool:
 
I give DuQuoin the edge because its a night race - that mile under the lights, with the lake out in the middle, pretty cool stuff. however, I will be at Springfield this Saturday too!
 
I have seen both late models and silver crown cars at springfield and duquoin. IMO I think duquoin is a little bit better. I could be wrong, but I think duquoin is not as wide of a track as springfield. A little closer racing. Last years race at duquoin, the crown cars were running a pretty high line during the first 50 laps. They probably seen Mevert in his modified heat race blow by alot of guys up top. It is pretty cool watching that race under the lights. but both places are excellent facilities and produce good racing.
 
Raced the super at Springfield and the crate at Duquoin. Good times both places just wish they would still run them.
 
Diqoin is the place to go watch! I've raced them both in a modified and it's racer than Springfield! The night show with the champ cars is priceless! Arca show is boring unless u have some dirt guys in those cars that aren't affraid of gettin side ways!
