Springfield,Mo.-Once again an action packed night of racing action at the Quick-Quarter of the SpringfieldRaceway will highlight the racing events Sat Night July 25th as the winner of the USRA Modified Feature will pocket home $600 along with the retun of the LateModels.
The USRA Modifieds will be competing for track and National points Sat night and will draw for heat race positions as passing points will be used to set the feature event.
Action will also see the return of the LateModels after a couple of weeks off and the SportMods,Legends,and Bomber/StreetStocks as 5 classes will do battle.
Currently Jackie Dalton of Carthage heads up the track point standings in the USRA Modified class while Billy Street of Joplin heads-up the competitive SportMod class with Roy Maynard of Alba closing in on the top spot.The Legends have a tie for the top spot as Park Jones of Joplin and Jason Rayle of Springfield are dead even.In the LateModel Class,Jeremy Manes of Nixa hold a 2 point advantage over Adam Brown of Aurora while Springfield drivers Robert High and James Redus top the Bomber/StreetStock Class.
Gates open at 5PM with hotlaps at 6:45 and Racing at 7:30 sharp.
General admission in the Grandstands is $10 for Adults with kids 6-12 only $5 and under 6 Free.
