Just received the Michael Kloos "St. Clair Bowl " shirts. Very sharp looking shirts. St Clair and Bel Air Bowl and its employees are really looking forward to sponsoring the races this Fri.
 
so your telling me i get to run four feature for one feature payout something dont add up here. hell every other big show you go to you get more money . thats really pretty sad that it dont pay more. and its the fair race

You are right, but several drivers do look forward to running this race even with the payout. One year there was a good sponsor that stepped forward and there was a good payout. If several sponsors would go in for this race then there would be a chance for a bigger payout. The gates make the payout and from year to year the gates vary. Need to break even are the low end.

There are still good cars counts and people in the stands. The bowling alleys do a wonderful job of making this one of the fun races of the year. The shirts and trophies are what give this a different flavor. Lots of people enjoy this event no matter what others say.
 
Good luck to all the latemodel drivers competing in the 100 lap race tonight.............everyone remember its friday the 13th also.
 
Last year they gave the first 5 people wearing last year shirts a shirt, are they doing this again?
