The fair may be cancelled, BUT, the Knepper Memorial is still Aug 2nd and the 100 lapper is Aug 7th.

The Madison County Fair charges to park and has for years. The St. Clair County Fair was no different.

Instead of charging to park, they should have been charging a moderate admission to get on the grounds.
That would keep some of the riff raff out that spoiled it for everybody else.
