The St. Louis Auto Racing Fan Club will hold their annual Daytona 500 Party at the Arnold Bowl in Arnold, MO on Sunday beginning at 11 am. There is a contest to see who can correctly pick the Daytona 500 winner.
This is also their annual election meeting. We elect half of our officers each year. Running this year are:
Vice-President - Dave Beimfohr
Treasurer - Gerald Braun
Sgt at Arms - Charlene Lain
Board - Pam DeClue and Mark Vallow
We will be selling SuperFan tickets. Tickets are $5 each or six for $30. The winner will receive a pair of tickets to each of the following events:
* WoO Sprint cars at Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55
* Lucas Oil Late Models at Tri-City Speedway
* Midwest Open Wheel Association at Highland Speedway
* 23rd Annual Arnie Knepper Memorial POWRi race at Belle-Clair Speedway
* ARCA and USAC races at the Illinois State Fairgrounds MIle
* ARCA and USAC races at the DuQuoin State Fairgrounds MIle (both mile tracks compliments of Track Enterprises)
* 1st Night of Stars at the Macon Speedway
* UMP SummerNationals at Belle-Clair Belle-Clair Speedway
* Rally in the 100 Acre Wood package
The winner will be drawn at our March 8 Open Wheel night at Crehan's in Belleville.
