I would if todd was running it,but i dont think hes up for it.as far as fighting stan.i dont think so,he could not keep me in ice water.he waaaaaaaaay to old to keep up with the kid:cool:the only thing that would get me is some charge for hitting a old man

it's just this kind of negative publicity that turns people off on attending and participating in a series that started out with a good, sensible idea. if management owes it's people money, they should just pay them, instead of engaging in banter that goes no where.
 
Imagine that Stan made a post about a brand new region and didn't even address the problems with his current region.
 
Stan its like this your still a little short let me help you add this up.we got their on wed day one,thats 118.00.day two we got rained out WE STILL WORKED at the track thats 118.00. now for the last night (JOKE NIGHT) we worked from 3:00pm untell 3:00 am thats 118.00.now that per person,4 people x 354.00=1416.00.not 800.00. I still have my letter you sent us about the pay,would you like me to post it to!one little note I WONT STOP UNTELL YOU PAY ME MY MONEY that how i do things here.one last thing call your legal team,so they can tell you that your a joke to.ITS call facts,you need to pay up,its called fair comment,look it up stan.i will keep this post up top every day untell you pay us all the money.
 
Thats the truth, it just makes other things that are important, seem less important. Im still curious about the other statement. "If he 's stopping every car on the back straight, how is anybody gonna run him over?" Arent they stopped? Anybody can come up with a good story to a bad situation, when you have had time to think about it. I personally think i would want my sheetmetal pulled, so my crap wouldnt fall off and take out another car. Maybe cut down a tire. Maybe cutdown my tires. Anyway, i think i'll avoid this track and it's B.S. way to go "racer20" i think your costing yourself business.

Guys if you want legitimate answers then call the office. I wish I had time to play on this everyday but like most people I have to work too.

I mean come on, if you have a serious problem then it certainly should be worth a phone call shouldn't it? At least a direct email. Otherwise it's b/s. Of course thats just my opinion.

Sam, since you just refuse to talk to me personally put it in writing if you do not agree with mailed amount. Just like it stated in the letter.

Sam, did you notice the date on the checks? BEFORE you started whining on here. Pretty strange huh? I was actually waiting on you guys to get us the paperwork for your expenses. You were never waiting on us.

As far as the office knows no one sent in expenses other than Mike Austin. He was reimbursed. You have expenses then why don't you send them in?

Now you said you came down on your dime. From what Mike said the only one that spent anything on the trip was him. Was that not the case? Maybe you need to contact him. His expenses are the only ones we had. He said he faxed them in.

I didn't just say that I faxed the receipts in... I did fax them in and even called you to ensure that you received them. What Sam is reffering to is the fact that, the letter that you emailed to todd stated that we would get $100 per day, $18 per day for food, plus hotel expenses paid for, and reimbursed for the gas...You did reimburse me for the gas... You did take care of the Hotels...BUT....you told me on the phone that we were being paid for Thursday the night that the races were rained out, and for Friday night at the races... that came to the $200 that you sent us... what we want to know is where is the money for wednesday night ( the practice night)? we did work that night as well which would be another $100, plus for 3 days of meals at $18 a day that comes to $54. so doing the math that would mean that you still owe each of us $154. That is what he is saying. It has nothing to do with being in a written request format it should have been included in our initial payment. And the comment about the date on the checks.... Anyone who has a checking account with checks knows that you can write a different date on them to show that you wriote them earlier than what you may have it is called pre-dating..
