Don't get me wrong. I'm on your side. I sincerely hope you get your money. I really do and I'm sure everyone else does too. You had a contract with Stan, he didn't fulfill it, and now you need to do something about it. However posting childish bashings on this forum isn't going to get you anywhere. Just like "KFC Rules" didn't bother me, calling a spade a spade doesn't seem to bother Stan either. You need to send the man and itemized bill (detailed with all of your expenses, days worked etc) like he requested. Keep a copy for yourself and send it to him certified mail /return receipt requested. When he doesn't pay, take him to small claims court. Keep all of your documentation so you can show the court that you were responsible and fulfilled your obligations and submitted a bill like he requested. Do something with some teeth instead of playing childish games and calling names. I'd be willing to bet Stan gets a kick out of this whole posting deal because he knows your not doing anything that can really hurt him or make him pay. At most this is just a minor annoyance to him (like a fly that you swat away).

Ok , kids. Lets play nice.
I don't blame you for being upset about getting stiffed to the tune of 600.00 or whatever it is. However there is a rule that you might want to follow, and that is "All Publicity is Good" whether its bad news or good. So you might be helping the person who owes you more by keeping his name in the "news".
I know its none of my business, but thats one rule I always remember as being pretty much right on the money. So take it for what its worth.

P.S. I think theres a joke to be written in that "How does a schoolteacher know a kid is gonna be a racer?................. Because his/hers grammar and spelling is off the charts ,bad" For some reason on here spelling and grammar are less than stellar, but racing folks are pretty good people for the most part, and that is more important in the long run.

I agree. Stagger it, you should worry about the punctuation and grammar in your own writings. Seems you're lacking a bit, too!

do you have proof that he owes you this money?if you do why dont you take him to small claims court or something?everyone on here now is aware not to trust this guy so you have proved your point as far as that goes.i dont think its helping you get your money though.

1. You put Mike in charge. The last time he and I talked he was supposed to get with all the guys from there and let me know. THat was the last thing I heard and now this. ????
2. Geez Sam you have taken a very simple misunderstanding and turned it into a war. Is that really what you want? I really have better things to do than argue on the internet. Hopefully you do as well.
3. I am confused if there was a misunderstanding then why didn't you just call? The "intent" here is to cause harm, not to solve anything.
4. You have attacked me personally and yes you have probably hurt my credibility somewhat but in the meantime you haven't helped your credibility much either. Fastrak will move forward either way.
5. As for people keeping this to the top, hey if thats what you want to do there obviously is nothing I can do to stop you. Thats the bad thing about the internet. It doesn't have to be factual to be posted. Its things like this that have hurt racing in general. Not just me but tracks, teams and other series. I suppose its a personal choice and all I have done here is post answers to what I understood the agreement was.
6. I am disappointed of the terrible things that have been said by people on here and especially without knowing all the facts. I have tried to be friends with people there and have some fun racing. I have seen post of here from people that I have actually paid point money too. No one mentioned when I "overpaid" the points fund there in 2005. I wonder why that is. It is disappointing to see people that pretended to be my friend jump on this and not ask me anything.
7. At this point because of the continuous bashing, defamation of character and slander that has no doubt hurt me in that area it looks like I have not been left many options other than to defend myself by whatever avenue that might consist of. I suppose we can post the results afterwards.
My apologies to the people that have had to continue to see this nonsense. It must be very frustrating to see this day after day when actually looking for "credible" information on stlracing.com. I assure you from my part you will see no more replies from me that would bring this post back up in front of you again. I have supported racing in that area along with many other areas of the country and have done so financially as well. I have done exactly what I said I would do from day one and will continue to do so. I apologize for ever responding to this to start off with. I have always believed the facts were enough. You have never seen me post one negative statement about another series or person on any internet forum even though I have not been treated with the same respect. I have attempted to take "the high road". It seems in this case that is just not enough. After being in business for 28 years surely no one would believe if I owed someone $600 they would not be paid. Investing the amount of money I have in crate racing and just not intentionally paying $600 to anyone for any reason just doesn't make good common sense. Surely no one really believes that any business person can't see that. As I have stated from my first response a simple phone call could have cleared any of this up with no hassle or attempt to "destroy" anyone.
I don't really know what else I can do at this point. I told the gentleman handling this of behalf of everyone there to call me if there was a problem. No one called and now this.
