RW and WHEEL how long you guys have to work today???

me as soon as I get this design done probably head out about 12-2 here! how about you all???
 
I wasn't even going to come in today. I was still laying in bed 15 minutes before I had to be at work which I have a 50 minuted drive. I told my wife I was feeling sick :D :D . She said if I lie and call in sick my truck might not do good tonight. Why did she have to say that. Now I got to go to work!! Thanks alot. I do feel a fever coming on though. I might have to go home at lunch. :p
 
well my 40 hours was up last night when I left so me and the kids watched Monsters inc. before daddy went to work about 9 this morning man that 5 min drive kills me hehehhe:D
 
they tried to make me take salary but the law is on my side unless you are a supervisor over more than 2 poeple they still have to pay you overtime but it works a little differnt
like this

normal $5.00 per hour ot = 7.50 hr

on salary they figure it like this

40 hrs= $200
50 hrs= 200 diveded by 50 = $4.00 half of that equals $2.00 added to your regular pay = 7.00 per hour the more ot you work the less you made on ot.

it really confusing but I got online and looked it up and called the labor board to find this out I gave my boss that number and when they told him the same thing he dropped it.

they didn't like the fact I have a contract on my pay and they can't get out of it heheh pretty good for a 3rd world person!!
