I am not a huge fan of either team. Two points I have to bring up though are
1- I am sick of looking at all american Tom Brady.
2- The Panthers have that same look that the Rams had when they went from being on of the crummiest teams out there to leading the pack and seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. It sometimes comes down to the adrenaline drive and in this case...

My vote goes to CAROLINA.

Difference between this Panther team and the ol' Rams is D-Fense. Panthers play damn good D...Rams have always seem to struggle defensively.
