DOES RULE 9 IN THE STREET STOCK CLASS APPLY TO ALL DRIVERS OR JUST SOME? just curious
 
JERMEY PATE SITS ALFUL FAR BACK AND HAS AN AFTER MARKET POWER STEEERING PUMP??? WHATS THE DEAL JUST TELL HIM NOT TO COME BACK BUT LET HIM RUN WITH THE MONEY THE 1ST NIGHT AND RUN 2ND 2NITE??? JUST CURIOUS IM SURE IM NOT THE ONLY ONE FELLIN THIS NOW :eek: I SEEN ALOT OF HOOD SCOOPS TO!!!!!!!!!!! :confused:
 
Just to let everyone know,
The 5 car has got was told he has to adhere to the pedal location rules, he has to have
everything in order by the time he comes back or he cannot race! The aftermarket
power steering pumps are O.K. as are the aluminum pulleys. Yes rule #9 does apply!

And just to clarify, that is the #5 car of Jeremy Pate, not my #5 car, or the #5 car of Josh Jackson!

rule 9 says must have a stock front and rear bumber in stock position. I believe the car that won Sunday did not have a stock bumper, i was just curious.
 
To clarify it was the #5 of Jeremy Pate. Unless t.nie you want it to be you!! LOL

and about the hood scoops.. look a lil closer... some of um are just there... ther are no wholes cut underneath um on some of them.. like ours.. its not helping neone win so.. get over it..when some of the non- regular cars come to highland we dont complain about what there runnin.. just beat um.. when u get rain outs and other people show up that have different rules its not like the track managers gonna say they cant run...pate said he prob wont be back the rest of the year.. but he doesnt know yet..
 
hey sam good job last night, at least a 69 car won, lol, good seein you and rob runnin close again , darn beadlocks welded them up already, tired of leaks , see ya next week sparky
 
I am just asking a question, There is a list of rules and they are there for a reason. Im not saying that the bumper could win or loose a race. Im just saying that if the rules are there then they should apply to everyone. The bumper is not the real issue it was just a point being made that if there are rules they should be followed and thats by everyone. Otherwise each car could do what they wanted.
 
go to bellvegas if u want to talk about street stocks not going by regulation u can mount the pedals on the roll cages and put ur seat over the rear end. If u are made to move them it puts u at a risk that they would be out of the crush zone.But that allied for u.There is some down there that think they are able to do wat they want to and it is not right they should put a stop to it.Street stocks should be left stock and pedals should be left in there place and not moved 2 foot off the fire wall.
 
my original question was not to create problems, no the bumper did not win the race for #69 on Sunday night, but it could have lost the race if he would have rolled up and they would have said hey you are DQ'd because you dont have a front bumper. We have one street stock and we are in the process of putting another together for my son, so I ask an honest question. I dont want to have my son get to that spot and have someone say ooops your out because you have no bumper, or your pedals are in the wrong spot. So for all you S**t stirring people just stay out of this and if you cant then make sure why the questions are being ask before you jump on someone.
 
Excuse me? You come on here griping about somebody else's car and then call the people who RESPOND shyt stirrers?

You got a problem go talk to Max the tech man, or Kevin at the track. You want to air it out on here, then be prepared to accept what other people say to you.
 
you know kevin already responded and said rule 9 does apply so you take it how ever you want. sam raced a good race nothin against him. but sure would be best to know before you get dq'd dont you agree.
