Terry Phillips celebrated his 75th career O'Reilly MLRA victory on Saturday night as the Springfield, MO shoe held on for the win at Outlaw Motor Speedway in Muskogee, OK. Al Purkey, David Barker, David Turner, and Steve Rushin rounded out the top five at the finish.
