Pete, Katie,Petie & I would like to Thank You All for your support, thoughts, & prayers! You know you have a wonderful community when family, friends, & racin' fans all pull together for you when your whole world gets turned upside down like ours has for the past year. Pete loves what he does for his country & like Chevy-Woman said in an earilier post, "how many others would do what Pete has done ( the rest of his platoon & of the service men & woman) for his country". Pete called from Mississippi last night & theywas leaving out this morning for New Orlenes. I will do my best to keep you all updated on his progress down there. Your right BVT.... God pulled us through 14 months of Iraq & He will pull us through this, too.I feel for everyone effected by this horrible disaster. Pete wanted me to let all of the drivers "have a good rest of the year & wishes he could be there to finish out the season with you." A huge Thank You goes out to Sam (Pete's Dad), & Chris Boyd for building & letting him drive their cars this year. To the rest of you all THANK YOU for everything & God Bless you all!!!!

Let me tell ya's if it hadn't have been for our Families & friends & most of ALL God, the kid's & I would have never made it through Iraq. Pete's Mom & Dad (Sam & Sheilah) & my folks the kid's & I would have been up a #%#% creek. Our friends was wonderful & there whenever we needed them.
Little Petie's head is doing fine, he says it is sore, but he's a tough little booger. We would like to thank everyone that came to our rescue Sat. night. I totally freak out when it is my babies. I told Pete Sunday when he called & he said no more races unless we put the kid in a suit of armor.lol By the way Pete is doing fine they haven't got to see anything yet. He called me this morning & they are going to go look at the situation tomarrow. He said gas down there was $2.32 a gallon, crazy huh.
