that was a great mod feature at 1-55

The only reason there wasn't any contact was due to the fact that Walsh didn't run him over. I wouldn't say he held it on the bottom in 1 and 2, it was more like he saw him coming and went from the middle to the bottom after Walsh had a fender on him. My point is if a guy like Bittle was in Miners position, Walsh would have won the race because Bittle would have held his line and raced him. Regardless it is what it is, I agree to disagree

How do you know what Bittle would have done and why is Bittle's name even coming up in this topic? I seen Bittle change lines before when a driver is coming up fast. I think if your a good dri
ver and have good pitcrew watching the lines, then you will have a better chance on winning. But congrats to Miner for the win and Walsh is always enjoyable to watch....

I think UPSMAN hit the nail on head. Everyone says it was a "great race", everyone says Walsh did a good job, everyone says Hancock could of been the man to beat if not for some problems.

The last time I checked, and I am not a driver, the car that comes across the line first is the winner..........Mad Dog's night bottom line. I say I am a Late Model fan first, and I have been to the world, dream, and show me but at Pevely it is the MODS that put on the show. The lates, the same 3 guys win all the time: Korte, Faust and Collins. I am not hating on any class but how many different winners have there been in the mods this year? Every one is almost a nail bitter. Great job to every one that can still aford to run at $5 a gallon ( no idea what racing fuel costs ) and I can't wait until this weekend. It will be awesome again.

ear itis

When Miner kept choppin em Raymond shoulda drove it in hard underneath em and slid em a little..but Walsh races clean and would usually rather tryn beat em clean around the top..but i agree that Bittle wouldn't have drove Ray like that. Walsh, Webber and Bittle all three leave room when they're running the bottom or middle. (jmo)

pevely is hammer down but a lot of the times it is caution after caution. it use to be the pro 4 was the caution class but not anymore. they are gettin around that track pretty good.
