Lou Pruitt passed away last night. All my thaughts and prayers go out to the entire Pruitt family. For those of you who didnt know Lou he was a number one class man. He raced sportsmans for years and one of the best. His son Dean was a champion at Belleville and Marv is his brother. Lou was like a dad to me and will be truely missed. God Speed Mister Pruitt

OMG..Thank you for letting us know Roger...

I always affectionately called him "Grandpa Pruitt" This is sad news..He will be missed...

Sorry to hear of Louie's passing. Believe it or not I got to know him outside of racing first. (he made pick-ups at Grainger for Wiegmann) After that, he always said hi to me when he was at the track. Your family is in our thoughts.
