Just heard threw a friend that Chris had tree fall on him this morning.
Thoughts and prays go to family and friends. Hope everything is well

Jimmy.... you are right. Chris Bargetzi has passed away. And thank you all for the thoughts and prayers. They are very much needed and apperaited(sp) please keep them coming. It'll be very hard for a lot of people

Cody, sorry to hear of your loss please extend our sympathy to the entire family. We all have spent many years watching and rooting on the 441 he will be missed.

Chris and his family are the best of ppl on and off the track. My deepest sympathy goes out to Dixie his wife, there children and whole family. This is one of the sadest days for the racing programs and will make it tough to be at the track anf not see him there. If u need anything at all dixie and family the funderburk family is here for u as u were for us and we all love u and are truly deeply sorry.
