Sorry but it is true. :( this was a gift to my father for Christmas that never happened. Wish it was just a misunderstanding. No returned call at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated
 
Are you sure it was the Ollers themselves you were dealing with? And not someone pretending to be them? A common trick by many scam artists.

Yes. Unfortunately it is. Talked with family and friends trying to get a returned phone call and either our money or the lift. Andrew Reaume from Blenheim ,On canada also had to go thru police to get his. I just want this resolved. It was supposed to be a gift.
 
I agree. Though it has been a while, I have personally talked to Mark in the past, and he didn't strike me to be that kind of person. Why would he do something like that, when he's so easy to find?

Well I do wish I could answer that . As stated ordered lift in august ,was told they won't ship to a resident ,was told to go thru a business so I did . Business called race-lift asked to be dealer and ordered mine . She said we won't build until we get money . Check was received and cashed August 19. Called and called and called. Left message after message after message. If he is easy to find then please call him and straighten this out ,we just want the lift or the money back .. We have tried and tried to give him the benifit of doubt -

Sorry Adam but 4-m I know nothing about I have tried to be as professional about this as I can , by not mentioning the owners name and what not . But I am running low on patience and deserve a response from the owner of race-lift to resolve this matter . It's just unfortunate that of all times of year to order a lift that it happened during Christmas and my kids were involved .

If I was going to spend that much money I would have personally went there and delivered it in person so I could see where and what the place looks like, hopefully you get it worked out.

Ok, you ordered the lift in August from Race-Lift. Race-Lift would only go through businesses, so you brokered yours through a business. So, who was the middle-man? And when you paid the money, you paid full price to Race-Lift, and not through the dealer?
 
This reflects back on Mark and his business. Someone in his PR dept has dropped the ball or he just don't give a chit....Wake Up Mark and Val, or your business will disappear!..A bad rep is hard to live down!!!!

Here is a offer just for you.
Since you said mark is such a easy man to find then I will pay you $250.00 dollars guaranteed And I am a man of my word if you find him get my lift or my $ 2385.00 . If the owner of race- lift is what you say he is then you should be messaging me within a week so I can make arrangements to get you paid.
 
Just to follow up on the race-lift problem ... After 2 months of leaving messages and hoping for a response , today mark the owner of race-lift called my father . Told us he new nothing about this until a few days ago . Also promised my dad he would ship it on Tuesday and we should have it by Friday . Hopefully mark is a man of his word and this problem will be resolved .
