Most divisions do not allow data logging. Shoot, most don't even allow suspension cameras during racing.

This is true and that's why when I did the data logging I did it at a track that wasn't sanctioned. Either way I don't think its a big deal. The equipment was cheap, I used an Innovate LM1 to store the data and it allowed me to pinpoint a problem and correct it easily which really saved time and money.

Would you be allowd to run it for test and tune days ?

Tire dope is also harder to catch. lol.

I run my camera on my suspension during hot laps some times, so I don't see anything being said at a practice.
