Tire samples at Volusia

UMP has been taking tire samples each night from the UMP DIRTcar Nationals...

They should try this at some local tracks, and I think you find that not everyone is on the up and up, just saying and not once a year a little more often
 
How many has Sam Driggers caught and not enforced? Lots from what I hear! It just depends who you are! You can cut all the tires you want for show. Big deal!

Another example is crate engines. There are many who cheat but UMP catches no one? BS!

You should be critical of UMP instead of this false praise and maybe they will improve racing. Sometime people are negative because it's the truth!

Seems like a waste of everyone's time and money involved when you allow multiple compounds with one being a soft. I'm glad to see rules being enforced though.
 
Yup we are all cry babies cause we want this sport be better and sanctioning bodies and tracks to stand behind rules. I pointed out info from facts I was shown in pics. Don't want it pointed out then specify what you are posting. Be part of the solution not problem

You've obviously never softened a a40, they chunk and explode. Softs are even worse. The chemicals used to prolong the life and keep the tire at peak performance are undeticable by labs.

Like I said before, I'm glad to see them enforcing rules though. I believe one of the biggest problems is tech guys overlooking rules that are clearly written but are not that important. If its in the rule book then it should be checked and enforced. Period.

I don't know what was used on Jimmy's tires as I'm not on his team but its been proven that you can soften a tire to a point and the labs won't be able to find it. It's a extremely gray area with room for cheating. American racers and late model tires are more prone to juice.
 
no grey area don't put chemicals on tires period no late model tire and no american racer like I said people b@tch about not checking now they are b@tching because they are good grief

I can tell you why they checked Nicks tires. Because people were bitching about his body and they had to throw the bitchers a bone. Typical Sam strategy!
