I just recently totalled out a Cavalier with week old tires on them. One of the tires was ruined so we replaced it, and its never been on pavement, the other three had a little less than 200 miles on them. They are Peerless Silver Bear 195/70R14. Nothing wrong with them, the new car I'm looking at just doesn't need tires, so make an offer.
