BONNE TERRE, Mo. -- (June 7, 2003) Todd Dee of Leadwood has dominated the Off Road Modified class at Big River Sand Drags like no other competitor has dominated a class and Saturday night that trend continued. Dee picked up both first place and top eliminator honors after edging Josh Harris in the top eliminator race.
In Open 4x4 class, Gary Eckhoff was the first place winner, but it was second place finisher Joe Reuther knocking off Eckhoff in the top eliminator race.
In Stock Buggy, Kevin "Grape Ape" Sellars of Arnold was first with Gary Hollinsworth of Farmington second with Hollinsworth taking the top eliminator race.
In Vehicle ET, Carla Glatczak of Potosi captured first place, but it was second place winner Philip Beaird of St. Louis winning the top eliminator race.
In Competition Eliminator, Jason Waller of Bonne Terre drove Half Breed to both first place and top eliminator honors. Joel Kling of St. Louis finished in second place.
In Super Pro ATV, Matt Willoughby of St. Joseph was the top eliminator and first place winner while Billy Page of Douglas, Kansas finished in second place.
In Pro ATV, teammates Rick Finney of St. Louis and Jason Stepon of St. Louis finished first and second respectively, but in the top eliminator race it was Stepon pulling out the win.
In ATV-1, Eric McCoy of Potosi was the top eliminator and first place winner while Ron Shinault of St. Louis captured second place.
In Junior ATV, Garth Farris of Potosi won for the fourth consecutive week. He later captured the top eliminator race over second place finisher Kelston Boyster.
