Charleston, MO (8/04/09) – Todd Hall will enter his first Super Late Model event of the 2009 season this Friday at Malden Speedway in Malden, Missouri in his #99 FTS Logistics/Mastersbilt Super Late Model.
After spending the first half of the season competing in only Crate Late Model events, Hall recently purchased a spec motor from Ken Essary to compete in Super Late Model events during the second half of the 2009 campaign. He will make his 2009 Super Late Model debut this Friday, August 7th at Malden Speedway in Malden , Missouri as he enters the O’Reilly MSRA Super Late Model event at the ¼ mile, clay oval. The event will be highlighted by a $2,000 to win/$300 to start event. Todd already has three Crate Late Model wins at the facility in 2009. Todd was last in action two weeks ago at Malden Speedway on Friday night, July 24th in a Weekly Racing Series Event. After starting 5th in his heat race he advanced to a 3rd place finish. He would start 5th in the feature and charged to the second position late in the race before recording a second place finish behind race winner, Billy James.
