I am trying to find out what gear box I have. I know it is a 3 speed sag.
But not sure what the ratio is.

Here are some pictures of the input shaft I see no rings, It is a 1:68!!!!!

How can find out?????

Here are all the numbers on the transmission

When you get there scroll down to where it says..other helping programs and pages, in that section on the right hand side it will have a link for GM transmission ratios and you can find what you need under that heading. If you are not registered you need to, it is a very good sight with a lot of helpful people and info.
 
its real easy to figure it out; put it in each gear, and turn the input shaft until the output shaft turns 1 revolution. mark each shaft first, and count turns... you dont care about reverse, and you know 3rd is 1:1... you only have to do 1st and 2nd.... it's really easy..
 
It looks by the picture you posted you have no grooves on the shaft so it appears to be 1st-2.85, 2nd-1.68, 3rd-1.00
