tri city banquet and rules?

I hate to be the impatience one but I haven't seen or heard anything about the awards banquet for tri city. Also I know the other tracks haven't posted there 2017 rules yet But I'm sure I'm like many of others. In that I'm already building and working on cars for next year.I'm just curious if anyone has heard anything about either of these that I might have missed?
