Im telling you right now, if they came and took a tire or just a sliver of one, the FIRST thing im doing is calling a lawyer, I absolutely dont believe for a split second there legit. I cannot afford to deal with there joke. you pop a durometer test and they dont pass, then NO ONE can *****, but as far as taking a tire, or a sample, then waiting for who they want to bust on? theres no way.

Duro test would not do a thing! I can add a boat load of bite to a tire and never drop the duro. No dog in the fight, i'm just saying a duro test wont prove anything
 
Where is the dam results??? Kevin needs to step up and do something about this!!! He should be on U.M.P till they give it to him. This deal is as fishy as it can get.
 
I was told that they didn't end up taking the tires once a lawyer was brought up.... The tires should have been taken and sampled. This picking and chosing whose tires they want to check and turn in or who they want to let go is getting old and shows a lot of favoritism..
 
Even if the tire was illegal it would not have held up in court because the sampling procedure was not followed. Do the sampling procedure correctly and the lawyer wouldn't have much of a case.
 
It doesn't matter if UMP followed the rules or not.. they basically can do whatever they want when you are at a UMP sanctioned event.

I agree though it shouldn't hold up and they should have to follow the rules.
 
One of the UMP officials said that Stevenson's tire came back bad. Don't know if they will do anything or not to her.

But with Nick Geiseking helping her out all the time and her dad sicking his lawyer on the track immediately, the court of public opinion has already found her guilty. She will have the "tire cheater" term affiliated with her for a long time now.
 
Interesting.. if it came back bad she should be suspended.. and if it didn't they should announce that..

It is funny how it was swept under the rug and no one has said whether it is true or not. I hope it is just a false accusation.
 
thats where her daddys money comes in,is he paying people to not talk about it on here,track permoter,and anyone else,there tires were juiced up,or everyone would know,i dont know why they dont tell the truth,right jimmy
 
When has anyone ever proved this tire crap really works like they say?Maybe this is just been over blown and it really does nothing to help you!! They dont have a perfect way to test them and cant even tell you whats been put on the tire. Come on people this is getting to be bull**** and any race fan should see it.
