after winning the dash. Krankel and Anderson won the heats.Anderson did take runner-up in the main. Ed Purcell took 3rd place in the feature, with Terry James 4th.
Shannon Kuhn, who ran 2nd in his heat and 3rd in the dash, battled with Anderson for several laps before spinning out in turn 2. Dan Dondero also spun in turn 2 earlier in the main. 12 cars started the main, with 9 finishing it,6 or 7 of whom finished on the lead lap.
Does anyone know if Dondero nipped Ken Johnson for 5th at the checkers? I couldn't tell for certain. Dondero made a nice charge after his earlier spinout.
