I have heard a rumor that at the end of the year they are going to get rid of the half mile and the quarter mile and make a 3/8. Is this true. I hope it is becasue we need a 3/8 mile track around here. That seems to be the perfect size for good racing. Canton is awesome place to watch a sprint car or late model race. I hope this is true. IF you have heard anything please inform me.

I think he is just going to pull the half mile in so if you run low its 3/8 mile, if you run high its 1/2.

Kevin said at the rules meeting that after the last race this year, the entire infield was going to be levelled, and a new track layout using the light poles as a guide would be where the new track surface would be. I am not quite sure what his vision is, but that is kind of how it was described at the meeting.

to build it something like Lake Ozark Speedway, or Moberly Speedway would be nice
