is it me or is it just hard to find a set of 8" wheels for my pure street. the lug pattern is 5x4.25 ....?
trouble finding wheels.

4.25? if it's a stock ford 9" axle out of a car, it's probably a 4 1/2" bolt pattern which are somewhat hard to find. The only 4.25 pattern I could think of would be dodge dart/duster. measure from the edge of one stud, skip the second one, and to the center of the third. that will get as close you can. good luck, Greg

G dirt's measurements methods are correct. And just for reference, most Ford mid-size cars are 4 1/2", and GM mid-size cars are 4 3/4".

hmm weird...center to center on the studs is 4 1/4 so it probably is 4 1/2 then. but thats front and rears on a camaro body pure street car lol with a 9" rear end...
Maybe the rearend was 4 1/2, and someone redrilled the front rotors to match?

i had someone take a look at it and whoever built the car or replaced the front spindles ordered them thru speedway or something just to have the matching bolt pattern as the rears, but now i know i need to find 5x4 1/2 wheels now lol
