I was wondering if Tubby Black officially retired. Ive not seen him all year and hes such a awesome fellow. He still have his car even?

Yes Tubby has officially retired. He still shows up and I do believe (he has a car that someone drives.)Don't quote me on the someone else part.
 
Tubby

I saw Tubby at the Outlaw show the other day. Still getting around well. The last I knew, he was still around the track and helping out the Joey Boyd camp.
 
Tubby RULES...He has put an awesome driver..Joey Boyd in the car...I saw Joey last year and i can definitely say he has found his calling in a sprint...Tubby has given a young driver a chance to "show" what he's got and Joey stepped up. Way to go Tubby....Keep drivin the wheels off Joey...

Thanx SprintFan I usually don't get down into the pits...I still thought Joey was driving Tubby's car...My mistake
 
Just to Clarify

Joey Boyd is running his own car. last year he was having motor trouble and he ran Tubby's car a few times. Tubby is out there every week helping Joey. If you are ever in the pits, just stop by the 67 trailer and say hi. He is doing pretty good for being 80 years old.

Kooo. at least we Fans can still find the TubbyMiester at the tracks! :) One of the nicest fellows I ever met. :)
