CLARKSVILLE, TN - StormPay.com Dirt Late Model Series
officials have announced that Twin Cities Raceway Park in North Vernon, IN
has joined the StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series for the 2007 season. The
Twin Cities Raceway Park Crate Late Model Division will compete in 2007
under the rulebook of the StormPay.com Dirt Late Model Series.

The StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series gives drivers competing in a dirt late
model powered by an economical GM Performance Crate Engine an opportunity to
compete for a Regional point fund against other racers across the country
without leaving their home track using a common set of rules and points
system.

"The StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series is one of the best things going right
now in weekly short track racing, and we're excited and proud to be the
first StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series track in Indiana, and to be involved
with the StormPay.com Indiana Crate Series," Twin Cities Raceway Park
Promoter John Bragg said. "There has been unbelievable interest in Crate
Late Model racing around here. It's affordable for both the race track and
the competitors."

The StormPay.com Indiana Crate Series will be a 25-event series for the
crate late models in Indiana, Western Ohio, and Eastern Kentucky. Twin
Cities Raceway Park will host several StormPay.com Indiana Crate Series
events. The StormPay.com Indiana Crate Series will operate independently of
the StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series and the StormPay.com Dirt Late Model
Series National Tour.

"We're proud to be affiliated with Twin Cities Raceway Park, and we're
thankful that John Bragg has given us the opportunity to bring the
StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series to Indiana," StormPay.com Dirt Late Model
Series Director Mike Vaughn said. "John Bragg is giving the crate late
model competitors at Twin Cities Raceway Park a unique opportunity to
compete in three different levels of racing at their home track.

"They will compete against drivers at other tracks for points and point fund
money on a local, and regional level with the StormPay.com Weekly Racing
Series," Vaughn said. "They will get an opportunity to compete in a
regional series with a $20,000 point fund with the StormPay.com Indiana
Crate Series, and we're looking to also give them an opportunity to compete
with the StormPay.com Dirt Late Model Series National Tour at Twin Cities
Raceway Park. This is the first time all three of these opportunities have
been available at one race track."

Negotiations are underway to bring the StormPay.com Dirt Late Model Series
National Tour to Twin Cities Raceway Park in 2007.

The engines for the dirt late models competing with the StormPay.com Weekly
Racing Series, the StormPay.com Indiana Crate Series, and the StormPay.com
Dirt Late Model Series National Tour are GM Performance Crate Engines. They
are built and sealed at the factory to prevent competitors from making any
expensive modifications.

The GM Performance Crate engines are shipped to GM Dealers throughout the
country, and are readily available to be picked up and placed in the race
car the same day. The aluminum-head 400 horsepower 604 engine sells for
just under $5,000, and the steel-head 350 horsepower 602 engine sells for
just under $3,000. The 602 engine also gets a 150-pound weight break.
