ULMA Spring Challenge Re-set for May 9th

The ULMA Late Model Spring Challenge that was rained out is re-set for Saturday May 9th at 24 Raceway in Moberly Mo.

All previous info remains same: pits open at 4:00 ,hot laps at 6:00, racing at 7:00
All late models must go thru pre-tech
$1000 to win
$150 to start
$50 lap sponsorship bonus to the leader of the race on lap 10
$100 Hard Charger Award (goes to the driver who most improves his starting spot in the main event)

Remember Crates are part of ULMA now.
 
Another sponsor has stepped up and added an additional $50 for the hard charger award bringing it to $150

Everything is looking good.
Just talked with the track owner and he said the track is looking good.
They were just getting things finished up for the car show in the morning.

ULMA Drivers will pay your pit pass at the pit shack and then report to ulma at the tech area just on the southwest side of pit concession area (over by turn 1)for draw and pre-tech.
I'll have a table there for signing in and drawing. Draw will close 15 minutes before drivers meeting which will take place around 5:45 just before hot laps.
I'll also have tires available at the track.
 
Annual three-day event, open to all and held at historic Camp Letts will feature vendors, the latest in paddlesports equipment, on-site demos, nightly guest lecturers, paddling films, clinics and personal instruction, plus free “Quick Start” lessons for beginners. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to conservation organizations serving the Chesapeake Bay. A great way to tune up, gear up, and get connected with other paddlers for the 2010 season,
