The Iron Man Challenge will be back in action on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, July 23-25, at two premier dirt ovals in Northern Iowa and Southern Minnesota.

On Tuesday, both divisions will be in action at the Fayette County Speedway during the Fayette County Fair in West Union, Iowa, as the Iron Man Challenge visits the historic 3/8-mile track for the first time.

USRA Hobby Stocks, Four-Cylinders and Cruisers will round out the program sponsored by Jay's Automotive. Racing action starts at 7 p.m.

The Fayette County Speedway is located 0.9 mile south of US 18 on SR 150, then 0.1 mile east on SR 56. For more information call 319-327-2733 or check out the track's Facebook page.

The Iron Man Challenge heads north the next day to the Deer Creek Speedway in Spring Valley, Minn., as part of the 3rd Annual World Modified Dirt Track Championship presented by Bauer Built Tire and Hanson Tire Service.

USRA B-Mods will join the USMTS Modifieds on Wednesday and will be racing for a $500 top prize. USRA Stock Cars share the spotlight with the USMTS on Thursday with a $750 paycheck awaiting the main event winner.

Race fans will witness a complete program each day on Wednesday and Thursday with group qualifying, heat races, last-chance races and a 35-lap main event for the USMTS Modifieds while the Iron Man Challenge will round out the racing card with heat races, "B" Mains and an "A" Main.

Grandstand gates open at 4 p.m. and hot laps begin at 6:30 each day. General admission single-day tickets for adults are $25 each day. Kids ages 12 and younger are $10 each day or $40 for a four-day reserved ticket. Pit passes are $35 each day.

The Deer Creek Speedway sits on 60 acres of scenic rural rolling hills with one of America's most popular state-of-the-art racing complexes and a busy modern campground. The 3/8-mile high-banked clay oval is located 11.3 miles south of I-90 (exit 209) on US 63 (0.7 mile north of SR 16).
