Wanted...race Kart Frame

I am needing a race kart frame. I have a lil 7 year old nephew that i'm wanting to get started into racing and I'm needing a race kart frame.All i'm needing is the frame. I'm not wanting to spend much money on the frame so if anyone could help me out on this i'd really appreciate it. thanks!!!!

go under doe run raceway fourms there is a good kart for sale. I am friends with the owner and she has out grown it and might be moving up.
