(KNOXVILLE, TENNESSEE) Warrior Race Cars, a division of Goddard Performance Parts of Knoxville, TN, is excited to announce their 2005 line of race cars.

Celebrating their 20th year in business, owners Herman, Rusty, and Sanford Goddard have introduced a new combo car to the Dirt Late Model world. The new Warrior chassis can either be used with a 4-bar or swing arm rear suspension. Both styles of chassis have been designed from the ground-up to provide customers with the latest in racing technology.

“We are really happy with our new 4-bar, swing arm combo car,” said General Manager Sandy Goddard in a telephone conversation this afternoon. “Mark Bush from AFCO Racing Products put a lot of time in on the geometry and the design of the new Warrior car. We have tested the car twice now and we are extremely pleased about the way the car has performed.”

“Warrior Race Cars has teamed up with AFCO and we feel really good about that situation,” exclaimed Goddard. “The union between the two of us will lead to better quality products for the racer, as well as better technical information about the race cars. We are researching and developing a lot of new products right now and we are really excited about how that is going.”

Pictures and information about the new Warrior 4-bar, swing car combo car are available at www.goddardwarrior.net. Additional information and setup sheets will also be posted online as soon as possible. Sandy Goddard, along with many other Warrior employees, plans to hit the road hard this year to support their customers.

“We have been working hard over the past couple of years striving to get to this point,” said the GM of Warrior Race Cars today. “We have recently purchased a new two-car hauler to be able to travel more efficiently. The whole Warrior staff will be at the races more than ever to provide quality support for all of our customers!”
