Because CARS is not having a banquet this year Weir is going to take the end of the year points standings, put all the names in hat and have a drawing for the engine, the winner we be announced on Jan 12th at the Midwest Speed Expo and posted on stlracing. Weir Chevrolet will deliver the engine to the winner.
