action this coming weekend at the O’Reilly Mid-America Racing Series (MARS)
events at Malden Speedway in Malden, MO on Friday night and at Joplin 66
Speedway in Joplin, MO on the following night. Both MARS sanctioned races
will pay $3,000 to the winner. Wendell currently sits fifth in the O’Reilly
Mid-America Racing Series points standings, but will not follow the tour for
the entire year.
Wendell will be looking for his first win of the season this weekend during
the MARS doubleheader and he hopes to end a string of bad luck and
disappointing finishes that has plagued the team over recent weeks. For
