(BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS) The rains came early and often this past weekend in
Chatham, LA and forced officials to postpone the $10,000 to win Spring
Modified Shootout at Fast Trax Speedway. Wendell Wallace was one of the
drivers in the pit area hoping to compete in the event. The driver of the
#88 Dirt Late Model was scheduled to drive a #19 car fielded by Greg
Campanovo of Clarksdale, MS. The Spring Modified Shootout is being
re-scheduled for this coming weekend, but because of prior commitments,
Wendell will not be heading back to the Cajun state to compete in the event.

Wendell will be taking his J&J Steel #88 GRT / Keith Craft Ford Taurus to
Atomic Motor Speedway this weekend to compete in the World of Outlaw Late
Model Series-sanctioned Hoosier 100. This weekend's Hoosier 100 at
Knoxville, TN area track is split up into two days of racing action. The
event kicks off on Saturday with an entire WoO Late Model Series-sanctioned
show, culminating with a 40-lap, $5,000 to win feature. The WoO Late Model
Series also sanctions the Sunday portion of the Hoosier 100, with the 60-lap
feature event paying $12,000 to win. You can get ticket prices and all the
information you need concerning this weekend's Hoosier 100 at the Atomic
Motor Speedway website, located at www.atomicmotorspeedway.com. Wendell is
currently twelfth in the WoO Late Model Series point standings after only
four events.
