What happened in the outside pits at I55 tonight?

There were a lot of emergency vehicles in the outside pits during the intermission, a police car then went into the infield pits and Richards was directed off the track to talk with the officer. What was going on? I assume there was an altercation of some sort, however, there were a lot of emergency vehicles for just an altercation.
 
Someone said drug overdose. The ambulance went to a white van in the parking lot. The announcers repeatedly called for someone, whom i believe security finally got. The pevely cop went to the trailer of the 102 car, who was called off the starting grid to talk to them. Driver talked to the cop for a few minutes. My guess is whoever was somehow involved with the 102 and the cop was following up per protocol.

All of this is either second hand info or what i gathered from what i saw. I could be wrong
