What is the best best racing game for ps3?

HII am going to buy a ps3 racing game but i dont know which one. As of right now, I like Grid, Need for speed undercover and midnight club Los Angeles. I am looking for something that has good graphics, good gameplay, street racing, car customization, multiplayer split screen and online and something I wont get bored of easily. Please advice on what i should get. Also the positive and negatives of different racing games would be helpful.

I like Grand Turismo 5. It is the best racing game I have ever played. It is very reallistic, has great game play, customization, etc. You should get it, you would be hard pressed to find a better game.
