where to put offset tires streetstock

if i would only have 2 offset rims..... both of them are 2inch offsets....the best place to put them would be passenger front and drivers rear... i guess this would assist some how with cross weight transfer???

Here is a chart I use to determan my off sets.

this looks like a good chart, could this be used for street stocks?? right front appears to carry a 2inch offset and the left rear is alway changing..
