sorry just wanted to know if i should keep the crate engine or sell it ?

Be willing to bet A.K. may know what he's talking about. The way their talking @ this time.Looks like Sean's in charge and CCS will be your ONLY C.A.R.S. sanctioned track. But ' thats subject to change.:)
Whos in charge of the C.A.R.S. series now? and what tracks are gonna be sanctioned in 08 ? that was the question wasnt it ?

how do you say Law Suite

Sean my be in charge but that doesn't mean he can just say Mt.Vernon you no longer have a right to run C.A R. S.
No 1 Mt.Vernon ran cars this year and was in good standing.
So just because you don't want them to run the series isn't enough reason
to not renew there contract. Do you say law suite.

No 2 Cars doesn't have a mileage issue in there rules
If no mileage distance in rules and if it were added it could be seen as
trying to exclude a track already with in that mileage. Do you say Law Suite

So allot of thinking and consulting a attorney better be made before making that kind of a move. Hope they want to waste the money just to get their way.

Why not just leave it alone and let the tracks run.

As for the Saturday night fight it was Flora that came in a jumped on Saturday night first we they wanted to move from Friday. Being close to the end of the season Mt.Vernon just closed. So the first move was made by Flora and not Mt.Vernon which had run Saturday for longer than Flora was even thought of.

Don't worry there most likely will still be crates at Mt vernon

There are other people involved in C.A.R.S besides Sean and Al. I would wait until an announcement is made before we jump to conclusion on who will be running the series. The series can only improve, it's already a great series..

I Thought A While Back Something Was Said On One Of Those Ccs Mtv Bash Fests, That Ump Would Be Taking It Over?????

Why all the pressure? The 2007 just got over and organization need time to start working on new schedules and that take time. C.A.R.S. is no different that WoO or Lucas Oil, they need time to work new schedules out, but it seems that there is some unlining deal here to find out what is going on with C.A.R.S. in 2008.

Slow down some unless there is something we don't know about that is driving these posts.

well, it is the end of the season, and there are people planning for next season;i.e.,move up a class, move down a class, budget $$ to buy a new motor, rebuild the old one....where to run,etc.... some people start planning now to make sure they are ready in march, because the season could start around then. i have noticed for the last 2 years that sean2 is all over this board with several posts almost constantly at or near the top, for maximum exposure; but now he seems to be strangely silent; i don't care, because i dont run a crate, but it is something i have noticed. just an observation. nothing more, nothing less.

Well I can't speak for Sean, but if I was him I would take this time to spend some time with his family and friends and take a break from stress and fatigue of a very successful season. Now I guess if this is not acceptable in some peoples eyes well I guess he must be a no good SOB!!!(geez) You people can't even phathom what Sean has done these last two years but yet you are so quick to put in your 2 cents on the situation, that really just amuses me so much. What a JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So the best advice for you guys are Buy or Build a CRATE car and get prepared for one heck of a 2008 season.

mr. pursell(spelling)..... since you are so quick to quote me,be sure you read the last 23 words of my post. that sums it up in my view.

I think that these guys, Sean, and the rest of the owners, have done one hell of a job.

I think that we have to remember when ump got started the yhad the same kind of comments, but look how successful it is.

Personally I dont think they should sell C.A.R.S. it is a great organization and i think it can be a successful one.

I personally would like to be associated with the oreganization in one way or another. Good luck Sean and everyone else associated with C A R S in the upcoming season.
