Why not topless?

Just a thought but after seeing a couple topless races on speed that seemed very fan-popular, I wonder why a or some tracks don't have a topless special race. Maybe one night the support class for the outlaws could run topless? Or maybe some other special type event. The fans really seem to like it and get a lot better few of the driver and his quarters. Jmo
